PBIS at Elm Drive
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a process to create safer and more effective schools.
PBIS is a school-wide system that will help improve consistency in expected behaviors, resulting in students being ready and prepared to learn.
At Elm Drive we are using the R.O.A.R.S. acronym to teach our students appropriate behavior expectations.
This month we are working on classroom behaviors. We are learning to become more independent, responsible, and self-directed in the classroom. We used the motto: "See Three Before Me" to practice how to become better problem solvers when we are in the classroom.
See 3 Before Me!

Cub cards are the rewards we will be handing out to students when they display positive behaviors throughout the school day.
At the end of each week Cub Cards will be sent home to celebrate all the hard work put in at school.
Around Our School
ROARS the Lion Cub will be around our school to reward all the wonderful behaviors in our school.
Be sure to be on the look-out for ROARS!
The ROARS Song
We have a wonderful song that explains the expectations for behavior at Elm Drive Elementary School.
Thank you to our Kindergarten teacher, Mr. Propfe for creating this catchy and memorable song for our students!
